Bianca Naidoo is part of Senekal Inc.’s litigation and intellectual property teams, where she assists in complex disputes, research, and the protection of intellectual property in an evolving digital landscape. With a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Bianca combines academic depth with a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for legal problem-solving.
Her practice experience spans civil and commercial litigation, where she supports the firm’s attorneys in preparing pleadings, managing case files, liaising with counsel, and ensuring that each matter is handled with precision and professionalism. Alongside her litigation work, Bianca is developing an emerging specialisation in intellectual property (IP) law, particularly in the registration and enforcement of trademarks, as well as the use and governance of training data for artificial intelligence (AI) models — a fast-growing area of focus within the firm’s technology practice.
Bianca is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive approach to learning from senior mentors. She contributes thoughtfully to team discussions and approaches each new challenge with curiosity and a commitment to excellence. Her ability to connect complex legal concepts with practical business realities makes her a promising future attorney in both contentious and advisory matters.
Outside of her legal work, Bianca remains actively involved in community projects, and enjoys sports, music, and reading, finding balance and perspective beyond the courtroom.
Her dedication to continuous personal and professional growth, combined with her expanding expertise in IP and technology law, makes Bianca an integral part of Senekal Inc.’s next generation of legal professionals.
